It was evident from very early on in the year just how organised and meticulous you both were with the arrangements; I felt totally reassured of Sophie's safety. She had a wonderful and very memorable time, and I thank you again for enabling the experience.

I feel the benefits of her confidence acquired with M10 have already been put to good use, in starting Sixth Form college in Newcastle. I am certain she has done so with far more assurity and positiveness than she would have prior to her experiences in Mexico.

On Friday night I was awarded with New Professional of the Year at the G4C North East Awards. During the speech, before they announced my name, the presenter talked about my trip to Mexico with M10. Following the award many colleagues and professionals in the industry approached me, keen to learn more.
