    Leading on an M10 Mission is an inspiring experience. You get the opportunity to help young people realise their potential and open doors to skills they didn’t even know they had. You get to watch them come out of their shells, step out of their comfort zones and raise their confidence to new heights.

    Leading on an M10 Mission is an investment. You are contributing shared values to young people that will set them up for future growth. You are also gaining an opportunity to learn how to lead in a dynamic team setting, with incredible tasks and opportunities. You’re not only investing in their lives, you’re also investing in your own.

    Leading on an M10 Mission means having an influence. Young people today are bombarded with all types of promotions which makes it difficult to navigate what choices are the right choices to make. Your input in their lives could just be the influence they need at the right time. We don’t take the power of influence for granted and that’s why we consider very carefully who we select.

    Leading on an M10 Mission leaves an impact. There are countless stories of the impact leaders have had on students and how that impact has added value to the student’s life. AIM HIGHER

If you are successful in joining our leadership team, you get to do all the things that our young volunteers do plus more. You’ll be involved in the leading of training sessions, the activities, the group stuff, sharing helpful hints and supporting the new volunteers. You’ll be involved in the planning of what we will be doing on the upcoming trip and share leading a team. You’ll be mentored by one of the more experienced leaders so you don’t feel like you’re winging it, however you also get the opportunity to lead on projects too. You will also get to join in on our team meetings each morning whilst on location to learn and share ideas from other team leaders. You’ll be directing, facilitating, serving, helping, listening and supporting and inspiring. It will be sooo good.
